Seated techniques to ease head, back and neck tension
About
Onsite Chair Massage
Stresses and strains, aches and pains are common amongst those working in demanding desk based office environments. Just 15 minutes of head, back and shoulder massage can help to ease aches and pains, stress and fatigue, helping your employees to be more productive and effective in their work.
The focus of the treatment is to release tension in the upper body – back, shoulders, neck and arms.
Clients are treated fully clothed, seated in a specially designed chair that can be set in in relatively small spaces. Treatments last between 15–30 minutes.
