Pregnancy massage offers gentle strokes to soothe and relax you, and will always be performed in a position that is comfortable for you, be that on your side, back or your usual sleeping position. Prenatal massages will not include the use of oils not recommended during pregnancy and will avoid specific parts of the body e.g certain pressure points.

You can have a pregnancy massage at any point during the second or third trimester. It is recommended to avoid massage in the first trimester as a precautionary measure.
